Legal advice for fans at EURO 2008

Democratic Lawyers of Switzerland have published an information sheet for football fans attending the European Football championships. It contains a guide to the massive security operation being conducted by the Swiss authorities; recommendations and legal advice on how to avoid confrontations with the police and private security personnel; an explanation of your rights should you be stopped, searched, detained or arrested; and contact numbers for lawyers in the four Swiss cities where matches are being held.
